Our Hoffman Estates branch is seeking an experienced Retail Branch Manager. The primary focus is to manage the day-to-day functions of the branch by providing leadership and direction to staff which encourages the highest level of customer service consistent with the community bank philosophy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Retail Banking Management experience, to include a strong background in the Consumer and Business Market Sectors. The incumbent must also have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers; analyze markets to identify business opportunities; proactively solicit new and existing customers; and train, develop and motivate staff to successfully meet or exceed Branch cross-sales objectives. Experience in networking with the community is essential.
