 An early termination fee of $500.00 will be applied to loans closed within the first 24 months of inception.  A one time fee of $45.00 will be charged at closing to monitor payment of real estate property taxes.

Rates without automatic debit: $500,000 to $999,999: Prime + 0.25%; $100,000 to $499,999: Prime + 0.50%; $5,000 to $99,999: Prime + 1%.  Certain Loan To Value requirements apply.  For the Barrington Bank and Trust variable rate Home Equity Line, the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is a variable rate based on the highest Prime Rate (Prime Rate as of 09/02/2010 is 3.25%) reported in the Money Rates section of the Wall Street Journal (the "WSJ Prime").  The maximum APR for all credits is 21.00%.  The minimum APR is 4.50%.  Consult your tax advisor about the deductibility of interest. Property insurance is required. Offer applies to lines secured by owner-occupied, one-to-four family residences located in the state of Illinois and approval is subject to the bank's underwriting parameters. Offer applies to new Home Equity Line customers only.
