The Platinum Adventures Club is a unique travel and activities group for our customers age 50 or better.  Join our club for great opportunities to meet new people, make new friends and enjoy activities such as:

• Day trips to interesting and unusual sights in Chicago and neighboring communities, such as trips to the lastest museum exhibits and theater productions - incorporating delicious meals in our adventures whenever possible
• Extended travel to neighboring states, North America and international destinations.  Our adventures will travel in style with deluxe transportation and superior accommodations
• Information seminars on timely topics

Joining the club is free and simple.  If you are at least 50 years of age and have $5,000.00 in deposits and an active checking account at our bank, you are eligible!  The only expense you incur is the cost of the events and trips you attend.

Learn how to use your digital camera more effectively along with how to print and display your pictures.  Representatives from Life’s an Album will teach you all the tricks.  Be sure and bring your digital camera.  Reservations required by Friday, April 11.

Saturday, April 26-Credit Scoring-“What’s Behind Your Score” with Loan Officers, Steve Callahan and Kim Adams.  Hoffman Estates Community Bank 1375 Palatine Rd. in Hoffman Estates at 10:00a.m.
This seminar is being held in conjunction with Money Smart Week and is open to the public.  Reservations required by Friday, April 18.

Wednesday, May 7 “Money Guard” with investment professionals from Wayne Hummer Investments.
”Money Guard” is a great way to reposition your emergency funds to meet your Long term Care needs.  This seminar is being held at Palatine Bank & Trust at 110 W. Palatine Rd in Palatine at both 1:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. Reservations required by Wednesday, April 30.

Saturday, May 17 at 10:00a.m.-“What Color is Your Brain” with Sheila Glazov, author and motivational speaker.
Learn what color you are and how to unlock the value that you discover in yourself and others.  There is a $10.00 material charge for this seminar.  It will be held at Palatine Bank & Trust at 110 W. Palatine Rd. in Palatine.  Reservations and payment required by Friday, May 9.

Day Trips

Monday, April 7-Dine Around Chicago, Progressive Dining Tour
Enjoy the ambiance of three of Chicago’s finest restaurants.  We will be having appetizers at Tuscany on Taylor Street, our entree at Pegasus in Greek Town and dessert at Riva on Navy Pier. Two beverages are included in the price for this magical evening.  Price per person is $120.00.  Reservations and final payment is deadline is March 21.

Wednesday, May 21-Escape to Milwaukee
We will be visiting the “fabulous” Milwaukee Museum of Art, have lunch at Mader’s and visit the grand, old Capt. Frederick Pabst Mansion. Price for this special day is $80.00.  Reservation and payment deadline is Monday, May 5.

Thursday, June 5-“The Buddy Holly Story” at Drury Lane Oakbrook
This musical chronicles Buddy Holly’s rapid rise to the top of the charts to the final concert before the infamous plane crash that ended his life.  Lunch is included.  Price for this 50’s day is $75.00.  Reservation and payment deadline is Thursday, May 8.

Wednesday, June 18-“Swedish Days” in Geneva, IL
Enjoy the day shopping, viewing special presentations with lunch on your own. This festival is a midsummer dream for anyone who delights in food and drink, music and live entertainment.  Price is $33.00.  Reservations and payment deadline is Friday, June 6.
